About Kevin Meredith

Kevin J. Meredith is an attorney real estate developer in the Tampa, FL area. He is the Owner and CEO of SandStreet Capital, Inc., Founding Partner at Florida’s Law Office, P.A., and the Owner and CEO of Suncoast Title. Kevin is a licensed real estate agent for Paci Realty and a title agent.

Kevin mainly focuses on land acquisition and development for Private Equity Funds. He is currently building multiple multi-million dollar luxury waterfront homes in the Westshore area of South Tampa. Additional projects include land development from ranging from 6 to 30 acres.

Kevin is originally from Columbus, OH and has been a resident of Tampa for eight years. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 2008 with a B.A. and subsequently Case Western Reserve School of Law with a J.D. with honors in 2011.
